Adam Mitcheson is CEO and Co-founder of my2be, which is an intelligent mentoring platform which helps companies engage and develop their teams. He began his professional life in finance, first working at the corporate investment banking company BNY Mellon for four years as an Account Management Representative. He served a brief stint at Bank of America before turning his attention to corporate mentorship. He co-founded my2be in 2018, launching programmes specifically designed to build up traditionally underrepresented talent to increase diversity. My2be is based in Manchester, and serves clients across Europe and the United States. Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management Studies from the University of Salford in 2008.
