Judith brings considerable experience gained from a successful career in financial services and management consultancy. During her working life she has built a reputation for getting things done and has developed a passion for working with others to achieve exceptional performance. She has worked with clients across diverse industry sectors but has particular expertise in working with senior fee earners in the professional services arena. She has a genuine understanding of the pressures associated with this environment.
She is a well-qualified and highly experienced coach. For over 15 years she has supported partners, directors, high-potential managers and leadership teams to improve their performance and achieve success, both personal and professional.
Judith builds deep relationships with her clients, creating high levels of trust and giving individuals the confidence to fully explore their strengths and challenges. She raises personal awareness through smart questioning, feedback, and challenge, supporting the individual to recognise the impact of their own thoughts and emotions, both positive and negative, on the way they manage themselves and others. Having identified negative behaviours and beliefs, she works with her client to resolve these through a combination of coaching techniques. She supports goal-setting to drive meaningful change in the workplace.
Goals and outcomes will always vary from client to client but coaching will often result in improved professional relationships, greater motivation and clarity of purpose, and enhanced enjoyment. A recent client described herself as “a better version of myself” as a result of her coaching.
Judith began her coach training in 2003 when she completed her Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and has been a member of the ICF since then, gaining her accreditation in 2006. At both Inside Out and Plus Partnership she has been involved in coach recruitment, coach training, and mentoring. She was actively involved in the delivery of executive coach training for Kudos Worldwide and supporting the internal coach accreditation process.
Judith is an accredited Emotional Intelligence practitioner (Applied Emotional Intelligence developed by JCA Occupational Psychologists, now a PSI company), a resilience coach, and PsyTap practitioner.
