All our business mentors are operating remotely and have successfully replaced face to face meetings with candidates, with a variety of online applications including Skype and Zoom Video conferencing. We have in recent months seen a gradual rise in Artificial Intelligence interviews, so prospective employees will find themselves better prepared for the selection process.
The process to get a school and college leaver, or university graduate takes time. Some employers in certain sectors have made staff cut backs and placed their recruitment plans on temporary hold and we know of some graduate entry schemes being postponed, however, there are many current roles to be filled. Once the pandemic passes, there will undoubtedly be new opportunities and vacancies.

Yes. Some educational establishments now offer three-day Finito courses for students reaching the end of their studies, enabling groups to get Work Ready together via a programme of discovery, exploration and action.

Our experts have devised a programme of one-to-one mentoring that covers all the key elements that we believe are necessary for students to make the transition in to work, but there is plenty of opportunity for individuals to discuss their own ambitions and challenges. Our tutors will tailor everything to the needs of individuals.

We aim to make our students Work Ready quickly, and help them get started on their careers as soon as possible, so that they can get the ball rolling on a successful and rewarding future.
