In addition to our highly successful school leaver Work Ready programme, we are also now offering career mentoring, coaching and one-to-one guidance for under-18s still in full-time education.
A bespoke service tailored for those aged 14-plus and looking for inspiration about future pathways, our Expanding Horizons programme complements school careers advice by delivering powerful opportunities to sit down with business leaders and discuss routes to meaningful employment.
In addition to helping young people visualise possibilities and hear real-life experiences, we can also support school pupils with their CVs, biographies and LinkedIn profiles in order to get them ahead of the curve. We can provide guidance around whether university is the appropriate way forward as well as helping explore and apply for apprenticeships or study-while-you-work options.
We believe the stepping stone from studies to full-time work should be an enjoyable rather than terrifying experience, and that those that are well informed are the most likely to prosper. We therefore see great value in working with school pupils to build their self confidence around a future career path, allowing them to ask questions of experts and coaching them to secure work experience placements, shadowing opportunities and internships.
