With over thirty years’ recruitment experience Claire has worked closely with many candidates and clients to find the perfect role, or the top talent in the market. She is used to working on behalf of the client and the candidate so she has a good understanding of what both parties want and need.
During her career she has gained extensive experience of graduate recruitment, including working as Graduate Recruitment Manager at Linklaters Law Firm where she worked closely with many students, universities, and the partners to make sure that they had the most suitable trainees for the firm. She has also recruited for graduate schemes within investment banking, technology and luxury retail, and interiors and marketing.
Career coaching has always been a major part of Claire’s expertise and she is passionate about making the most of the candidate’s personal brand and matching their level of competency to a job spec.
She is dedicated to making sure that candidates at the early stage of their career are guided through the process, armed with the right information and given feedback.
Claire is currently completing a Masters in Career Development and Employability and is also presently running an Employability programme with students in year 11 at Epsom College. She is delighted to be working with Finito, and she has assisted graduates through to career change candidates with interview technique, career planning, and competency based interview training.
