Susan studied Modern Languages and Literature at Oxford University and received her PhD in Comparative Literature at Vienna University, where she taught for several years. After leaving academia, she managed large-scale, international arts projects including an opera festival production and a renowned classical piano trio. Project management gave her a deep insight into the world of management and leadership which was invaluable when she moved into management training for global organisations. Susan is a qualified coach, accredited with the International Coaching Federation. She coaches people from all over the world for career development and leadership skills, and mentors students from her Oxford college to prepare them for employment. Susan believes the key to career success is to recognise the choices that are open to you, and she is passionate about helping clients to grasp career opportunities.
