Rara Plumptre founded AECS Connections in 2016, after running two networking businesses. Her passion for connecting people makes her an invaluable member of the team. She mentors a wide range of candidates from young people starting out to Board directors of major corporates helping them overcome adversity, when times get tough. Rara has a long-standing association working with charitable causes. She recently helped raise £280,000 in one evening for CEO SleepOut held at Lord’s Cricket Ground. She holds several ambassadorial roles within the travel and hospitality sector and advises Paracelsus Recovery, 12 Hay Hill, UMBRA International and the Mayfair Collective.
